Recalculate Transaction History |
Rebuilds the balance of any customer, supplier or nominal records with transactions. |
Recalculate Period Values |
Rebuilds the values within the following:

Reset Transaction Status |
Checks for any unallocated transactions which should be allocated and changes the transaction type as follows:

Recalculate Order Allocations |
Resets the allocated and on order box values within the product record, using the sales order, purchase order and project allocation values. |
Recalculate Stock |
Relinks the stock transactions, resets the assembly level and link level in the BOM tab and recalculates the stock quantities. |
Recalculate Project History |
Rebuilds the project transactions and the values in Project Record > Analysis. Note: This does not remove the project transactions, however it does renumber the project audit trail. |
Recreate CIS History |
Removes any un-submitted CIS Returns from within the CIS data files. |
